Additional Bartenders ($50/Hour)
OUR PRICEPOINTS (unless previously specified) IS BASED OFF 1 BARTENDER FOR A 4 HOUR MINIMUM
Each bartender can comfortable serve 80 guests with full confidence of great service and speed. After 80 guests an additional bartender must be added at the rate of $50/hour
Ice Delivery & Management (Starting at $75)
Hauling and providing an adaquate amount of ice directly to the venue so the client doesn't have to carry heavy bags on event day.
Extended Travel Fee ($2.00/mile)
A per-mile charge after 30 miles from Kirkland, Wa (Zip code 98033)

Need somewhere to put all those drinks? We've got you. A clean, simple bartop that gives us something to work with and your guests somewhere to gather. -
COOLER STATION — $35
Cold drinks are kind of important. Add a dedicated cooler station to keep everything chilled and easy to grab. Includes 2 90 quart coolers for your event.

Gratuity/Service Charge/Retail Tax
Our Autogratuity is as follows unless previously agreed on:
20% for events where no tip jar is allowed
15% for events where a tip jar is allowed
Service Charge — 10%
Covers event planning, administrative coordination, equipment preparation, and behind-the-scenes service support.
Retail Tax:
If your service bundles our bartending labor with physical goods (like ice, mixers, syrups, or cups) Washington considers that a "bundled retail transaction." That means state and local sales tax will apply to the total package price.
Location-Based Rates: Washington requires us to tax you based on where your party is happening. We’ll automatically calculate the correct local sales tax rate for your specific venue or city.
