Ready to Book? Let's Make It Official
Ready to book Please, No Water Bartending Co.? Here’s the quick rundown so there are no surprises.
Your Date Isn’t Booked Until It’s Booked
To officially reserve your date, we require:

A signed service agreement
-
A 25% non-refundable retainer
Once we have both, your date is officially on our calendar.
Deposit Deadline
We’re happy to hold your date for 3 days while you get your retainer taken care of.
Your booking is officially secured once we receive your 25% retainer and signed agreement. If we don’t receive payment within 3 days, the date may be released and offered to another client.

Final Payment
Your remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
Booking within 14 days of your event? Full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Because we reserve your date specifically for your event and may turn away other bookings, cancellations are subject to the following:

More than 30 days before the event: 100% refund of payments received, excluding the non-refundable retainer.

14–29 days before the event: 50% refund of payments received, excluding the retainer.

7–13 days before the event: 25% refund of payments received, excluding the retainer.

Fewer than 7 days before the event: No refunds. All payments made are forfeited, and any remaining balance is still due.
Additional non-refundable expenses already incurred may also be the Client’s responsibility, as permitted by law and disclosed in advance.
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. We’re always happy to communicate and, when possible, work with you on a solution.
Rescheduling Policy
We get it—sometimes you still want the party, just on a different day!
If you need to reschedule, reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to move your booking to another available date. If the new date is available, payments already made may be transferred to the new date. If the new date is unavailable, the cancellation policy will apply.
Rescheduling is subject to our availability, and additional fees may apply depending on how close the event is to the original date.
