What does dry hire bartending mean?
Think of a dry-hire bar as the ultimate "BYOB with a pro upgrade."
Because of state liquor laws, we don't buy or sell the alcohol, you do. That means you have total control over your budget and drink menu, and you get to keep any leftover bottles at the end of the night.

What we bring: Professional bartenders, all the bar tools, custom cocktail menus, a personalized shopping calculator, and setup and cleanup

What you supply: The alcohol
You stock the bar, and we do the heavy lifting (and shaking, pouring) and we make sure to keep the good vibes going.

How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you have a date! Dates book up quickly, so the sooner you get on our schedule, the better. All it takes is a 25% deposit to secure your spot on our books!

Do you do last minute bookings?
Yes and no. While we’ll always do our best to squeeze you in if our calendar is open, last-minute requests can be tricky. As a dry-hire mobile bar, we need enough lead time to craft your menu, calculate your alcohol quantities, and give you time to complete the shopping.

What kind of events do you do?
We pour at every vibe from black-tie formal affairs to casual bashes.
Whether it's a dream wedding, a casual wedding, birthday, any milestone, a holiday party, a private mixology class, or even a family reunion where everyone needs a stiff drink by hour two, we bring the mobile bar setup and the professional bartenders, you just bring the bottles. We've seen it all and done it all, just let us know how we can help!

What regions or cities do you travel to?
We primarily serve Seattle, the Eastside, and pretty much up and down Western Washington, but we’re always open to traveling throughout the PNW! If you're hosting an event a bit further out, reach out to us and we’ll see how we can make it happen.

Can we customize the packages?
Definitely. Our standard packages are a great starting point, but we know that no two events are the same. if you have a special vision or extra requests, we’ve got you covered. We’ll map out all the details during our consultation to make sure we hit every mark. It’s your event and we’re here to make it perfect!

Do you provide glassware?
Yes, as an add-on! Drinkware (both real glassware and disposable cups) is not included in our standard package pricing. We are happy to supply either option for an additional cost, which we can easily discuss during our consoltation!
