What a Crowd, indeed. Got a guest list that somehow keeps growing? No worries, our per-person option keeps the bar simple and scales with your party. You bring the crowd, we’ll bring the bartenders, and you can stop answering the question, “can I have another round”

Per Person Rates:

SMALL CROWD: 25-49 Guests

$20 per person

MEDIUM CROWD: 50-80 Guests
$18 per person

BIG CROWD: 100-149 Guests

$15 per person
HUGE CROWD: 150+ Guests

Please note: These are rates for starting at a 4 hour minimum and 1 licensed and experienced bartender.
Additional rates apply as follows:
Need us longer? Add $2/person for each additional hour over 4 hours
Parties over 80 people require an extra bartender (per 80 guests) at the rate of $50/hour.
